Pedrick Model D-10 Bending Machine The Model D-10 is a very powerful machine. It is supplied with a two piece spindle. This model has become a standard in many forging shops that bend large solid barstock. Like all Pedrick benders this machine provides a tremendous bending force yet doesn't require a great deal of floor space. The bender shown to the right is set up to bend 3 1/2 inch OD x .562 WT stainless steel tubing to a 10.5 inch (3D) centerline radius. This was required by a company that manufactures hydraulic systems. This bender has been installed in many power and steam generating plants for plant maintenance.

	Pedrick Model D-15 Bending Machine The Model D-15 is the most popular large bender that is manufactured by Pedrick. Like the Model A-7 it is used in many maintenance applications. It is typically supplied with a 4 1/2 inch OD, heat treated, alloy steel, one piece center spindle. When added flexibility is required we can supply the machine with a two piece center spindle. With this feature one machine can be tooled to bend 1/2 inch to 4 inch schedule 80 pipe! We have shipped this model all over the world. It is in use by manufacturers of industrial compressors, turbines, and by companies that have a requirement to bend large diameter heavy walled tubing. In the foreground of the photograph to the left there is a zero tangent bend produced in 4 inch schedule 80 IPS.

Pedrick Model D-20 Bending Machine The Model D-20 shares the same platform as the Model D-15. It has heavier gears, bearings and a 20 HP geardrive. While this bending machine is rated for bending 5 inch IPS it is more frequently used for bending 4 inch schedule 80 IPS high tensile steel and heavy walled boiler tube. These machines have been popular with the United States Navy for many years. Like our smaller benders this machine is supplied with a three phase motor with an electric brake. The brake insures accurate bend angles and repositioning at the end of a bending cycle.
