Model A-7 Rectangular Bar Stock Bending Machine

The Model A-7 is the most popular bending machine manufactured by Pedrick. It is a heavy duty version of the Model A-5. The Model A-7's primary application is for bending 1/2 inch - 2 inch schedule 80 pipe for small bore process piping for plant maintenance and many original equipment manufacturing (OEM) applications. Bends produced on a 3D bend radius meet American Petroleum Institute (API) specifications for ovality (flattening) and wall thinning.

Model DD-7 Rectangular Bar Stock Bending Machine

The Model DD-7 is part of our line of DD Series bending machines. It is a dedicated bender for bending solid round bar stock. It offers an alternative to our standard line of compression benders. It is a rotary draw bender that is designed to bend solid round bar stock for anchor bolts, J bolts, U bolts, eye bolts and other products that use bent solid round bar stock. It is not as versatile as our standard line of benders. But it does offer a less expensive option for bending solid round bar stock. Our full line of DD Series benders have the capacity to bend 1/4 IN OD- 3 IN OD A-36, mild steel, solid round bar stock.
